If, within 30 days of purchasing and successfully implementing a SimpleScanAI schema solution, your website's Overall SimpleScore (as measured by our scanner) does not show a net improvement, we will provide you with a FREE additional website scan and an updated schema implementation guide. No cash refunds; we are committed to helping you achieve results by providing additional value and guidance.
To qualify for this guarantee:
- 1. You must have purchased and attempted to deploy one of our schema solutions.
- 2. You must provide the URL of your live website where the schema has been implemented.
- 3. You must be able to demonstrate that the schema code we provided is correctly present and valid on your website. This can typically be shown by submitting a screenshot or link to a public schema validation tool (e.g., Google's Rich Results Test or Schema.org Validator) confirming the presence and validity of the schema markup.
- 4. The request for the guarantee must be made within 30 days of your original schema solution purchase date.
- 5. Our team will review your submission. This guarantee covers improvements based on algorithmic changes or the general effectiveness of our solution, but does not cover issues arising from incorrect or incomplete implementation on your part. If we determine implementation was incorrect, we will advise on next steps rather than providing the free re-scan under the guarantee.
Important Note
This promise covers algorithm changes, not implementation errors. We are committed to helping you succeed, but proper implementation of our provided solutions is required for the guarantee to apply.
By accessing and using SimpleScanAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
SimpleScanAI provides website analysis services focused on AI readiness and search engine optimization. Our services include free basic analysis, detailed reports, and schema markup solutions. All analysis is provided as-is and represents our best assessment at the time of analysis.
Payment for premium services is required upfront. All sales are final, and we do not provide cash refunds for any of our services.
Instead of cash refunds, we offer our 30-Day AI Readiness Guarantee (detailed above) which provides additional value and support to ensure your success.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SimpleScanAI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our services
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our analysis methods
- Implement our recommendations responsibly and in accordance with web standards
SimpleScanAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
